Once you’re registered with ParcelChain, you’ll get updates directly on your mobile device. Check the ‘Shipment History’ in the app for real-time tracking and for communicating with the commuter or sender. Notifications will pop-up when the status changes.
What if I am not available to receive my parcel?
With ParcelChain, you can select a two-hour delivery window that suits you. If something comes up at the last minute, you have the option to transfer the reception of the shipment to a trusted person near the original destination. (This feature is not yet available)
How do I confirm the reception of my parcel?
Open the ParcelChain app, scan the commuter QR code and Shipment ID on the parcel, and then confirm reception on the following screen.
