Recipient’s address entry is not required. Simply add the recipient by entering their avatar, their email or phone number. This allows the recipient to select their preferred delivery location themselves. Choose who will cover the shipping cost – whether it’s you or the recipient.
Flexibility
Decide when the parcel can be picked up by the commuter by selecting a 2-hour timeslot, offering more convenience than traditional carriers.
Easy Shipment Configuration
Name your shipment and parcels : Give a name to your shipment and, if it contains multiple items, to each parcel. Select the approximate size and weight from the carousel. Add as many parcels as you need using the “Add Parcel” button.
ParcelChain™ Is Always By Your Side.
Track every step of the delivery process in the “Shipment History” section of the app, and communicate with both the recipient and the commuter as needed.

ParcelChain accommodates a variety of parcel sizes and types. However, certain restrictions apply to prohibited items such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishables.
How much does it cost to use ParcelChain for my deliveries ?
Costs are calculated based on the distance, the number of parcels, the size and weight of each parcel. Additionally, you can choose who covers the delivery fee – your business or the recipient.
What happens if a parcel gets lost or arrives damaged ?
ParcelChain ensures the accountability of all parties involved. In case of damage or loss, an incident is raised and the issue is resolved according to the Terms and Conditions agreed upon registration.
Is there an option to insure my parcels?
At the moment, ParcelChain does not offer insurance for parcels. In case of damage, the civil liability of the user in possession of the parcel at the time of the incident applies. However, we have a robust delivery process that records all transactions at each stage to ensure the traceability of shipments. Additionally, the identities of all commuters are verified for added security.
